Tortola Pier Park is quite wheelchair accessible with flat sidewalks and curb cut-outs, but sidewalks made up of interlocking brick or stone could make for a bumpier ride. So, raise a glass and toast to the centuries of tradition and craftsmanship at Callwood Distillery during your visit to Tortola Cruise Port. In 2014 started the construction works on the port's new cruise ship dedicated complex "Tortola Pier Park". Its construction included a total of 123 piles that were driven into the seabed to support the above structure (retail buildings). Before the new pier project, at the end of the cruise pier was located a shelter where passengers were gathered before shore excursions/tours. There is a taxi rank at the pier (close to Wickham's Cay or Soper's Hole). It's just a quick walk into town, where you'll find more cafes with Wi-Fi, restaurants and even a small market.
